| 중등도에서 심한 건성안 환자에서 자가혈청안약과 혈소판농축혈장안약의 효능 비교 |

목적 : We sought to evaluate the efficacy of an autologous serum eye drop in comparison with a platelet rich plasma (PRP) eye drop in moderate to severe dry eyes. 방법 : Dry eyes were randomly assigned into either an autologous serum group or a PRP group. Ocular surface staining scores including corneal and conjunctival staining scores, Schirmer I test results, tear film break-up time (TBUT), and ocular surface disease index (OSDI) score were evaluated at baseline, four weeks, and 12 weeks. Conjunctival squamous metaplasia, and goblet cell density from conjunctival impression cytology (CIC) were investigated at baseline and at 12 weeks. 결과 : Corneal and conjunctival staining score was significantly improved in both groups at four weeks and 12 weeks (all p < 0.005) without difference between two groups. TBUT was improved in both groups (all p < 0.005) but there was no difference between two groups at four weeks and 12 weeks. Schirmer I value, OSDI score, conjunctival squamous metaplasia, and goblet cell density were not changed at 12 weeks. 결론 : Both autologous serum and PRP are effective treatment in moderate to severe dry eyes and the efficacy was similar between two eye drops. |
