각막 내피 세포에서 miR-30c의 역할

목적 : To investigate the role of miR-30c on human corneal endothelial cells (hCECs).
방법 : Cultured hCECs were transfected by miR-30c-3p. Cell viability and cell proliferation rate were measured. Intracellular oxidative stress levels and mitochondrial membrane potential were evaluated. Protein levels were evaluated by western blotting and mRNA expressions were evaluated by RT-PCR.
결과 : Cell viability and proliferation rate was elevated. SOX2 expression was increased. b-catenin, COL8A2, Notch1 and cyclin D1 levels were changed. Intracellular oxidative stress levels and mitochondrial membrane potential were changed. Cell shape became elongated by siRNA for SOX2.
결론 : miR-30c inhibition increased cell regeneration through activating SOX2. miR-30c inhibition may be a molecular target for corneal regeneration.
