목적 : To investigate clinical features, diagnosis method, ocular and systemic prognosis of primary and secondary vitreoretinal lymphoma(PVL) and compare them with the results of the previous reports
방법 : Form January 2009 to December 2018, Clinical data analysis was performed on patients diagnosed PVL at the Seoul St. Mary’s Hospital.
결과 : Total 4747 patients were recruited. Among them, 4702 patients had diagnosed lymphoma. Of all patients, 830 patients had an ocular evaluation, of which 263 patients were referred to retinal specialist. There were 50 clinically diagnosed cases of vitreoretinal lymphoma, and 41 patients received intravitreal methotrexate (MTX) treatment.
결론 : Vitreoretinal lymphoma may have different prognosis according to its features of ocular and systemic involvement. The determination of ocular and systemic treatments according to these clinical features is important for the survival and visual outcome of patients.
