중심와부근 모세혈관확장증 2형과 황반 분지망막정맥폐쇄의 빛간섭단층혈관조영술 양상 단면적 비교 연구

목적 : To evaluate the vascular features through optical coherence tomography angiography(OCTA) in patients with macular telangiectasia type 2 (MacTel 2) and macular branch retinal vein occlusion(BRVO). 방법 : Eight eyes of 8 patients with MacTel 2 and eight eyes of 8 patients with macular BRVO who underwent OCTA were retrospectively reviewed. The best corrected visual acuity(BCVA), central macular thickness(CMT), foveal avascular zone(FAZ) size and vascular density were compared between MacTel 2 and macular BRVO. OCTA was performed on a 3x3mm region centered on the macula and en face angiograms of the superficial capillary plexus(SCP) and deep capillary plexus(DCP) were acquired. Image processing and vascular density measurement were performed using the Image J software over regions of interest. 결과 : The mean FAZ size of DCP in both MacTel2 and macular BRVO was larger than that of SCP, but there is no significant difference was observed between both groups. In both group, the mean vascular density of DCP were lower than that of SCP. The nasal and temporal area vascular density of DCP in patients with macular BRVO were significantly lower than that in patients with MacTel 2. A significant difference was not observed depending on the invasive area in patients with macular BRVO. 결론 : In early nonproliferative MacTel 2, dilated vessels are usually pronounced in the region temporal to the fovea. In this study, temporal area vascular density in MacTel 2 was lower than the other area, but there was no significant difference between MacTel 2 and macular BRVO. This is because the vascular density in macular BRVO was reduced in all areas. This study also showed vascular density in macular BRVO was reduced regardless of the affected lesion. OCTA may help diagnose the MacTel 2 and macular BRVO.
