| 본문 : The purpose of this study was to report a rare case of bleb-related infection associated with non-gonococcal Neisseria, a rare conjunctival pathogen. A 54-year-old male patient of uveitic glaucoma presented with a bleb-related infection 5 years after trabeculectomy in his right eye, suggestive of bleb-related endophthalmitis. He underwent pars plana vitrectomy with intravitreal antibiotic injection. Neisseria sicca was cultivated in vitreous specimen. Neisseria sicca is a rare conjunctival pathogen that can cause conjunctivitis and, rarely, bleb-related endophthalmitis.
