본문 : Lymphomas of the orbit and orbital adnexae are rare tumors, comprising only 1% of all non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. The majority of non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas of the orbit are extranodal marginal-zone B-cell lymphomas of mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue type. They are mostly indolent B-cell lymphomas with nonspecific clinical signs and symptoms, mainly localized tumor. Therefore, sometimes diagnostic delay may occur. Here, we report an interesting case of extranodal marginal zone B cell lymphoma which follows its natural course without treatment since the patient has become lost to follow-up. |
