| 골드만압평안압계를 이용한 안압 파동 관찰과 CCF의 임상적 진단 |

| 본문 : Cavenous sinus is a rich plexuses of veins that surround the ICA. CCF is defined as abnormal shunt from carotid artery or its branches to cavernous sinus. Related with the disease entity of the CCF, the abnormal shunt not only causes stagnation of venous return for normal drain, but also makes the pulsating wave from the artery propagate into the vein. Based on pathology of the disease, we can assume that patients with CCF may show the symptoms of increased intraocular pressure(IIOP) and IOP pulsation. So far, IIOP in CCF patients had been well known. However, the concept of IOP pulsation evaluation in diagnosis of CCF is not familiar with the most clinicians. Hereby, we introduce three cases of the patients related with the diagnosis of CCF and correlation of IOP pulsation in those patients. |
