목적 : To compare novel corneal stiffnesss parameters between normal and glaucoma patients.
방법 : Novel corneal stiffness parameters were examined using a non-contact Scheimpflug-based tonometer. The parameters of the normal patients were compared to those with glaucoma.
결과 : 70 normal eyes and 118 glaucomatous eyes were enrolled in the study. Glaucomatous eyes (480.72 ± 129.66) showed significantly greater ARTh compared to normal eyes (443.08± 443.08). DAR was marginally greater in glaucomatous eyes (4.33± 0.46) compared to normal eyes 4.22 ± 0.40). SPA1, IR, and CBI were not statistically different between normal and glaucomatous eyes. ARTh was significantly correlated with CCT, but not IOP. DAR was significantly correlated with IOP and CCT.
결론 : Novel stiffnesss parameters measured by Corvis ST showed difference in corneal biomechanical properties between normal and glaucoma patients.
