목적 : To compare the efficacy and tolerability of switching from travoprost 0.004% to travoprost 0.003% in subjects with primary open angle glaucoma (POAG).
방법 : In this prospective observational study, patients on travoprost 0.004% were switched to travoprost 0.003% without washout and followed-up for 3 months. Intraocular pressure (IOP), superficial punctate kearatitis (SPK) scores, and hyperemia scores were examined in a masked manner at baseline and 3 months.
결과 : One hundred two patients enrolled the study. Hyperemia score was significantly improved at 3 months ( p<0.001). There were no significant difference in changes from baseline for SPK score and IOP reduction.
결론 : Switching therapy from travoprost 0.004% to travoprost 0.003% ameliorated chronic hyperemia. There were no clinically relevant changes in SPK or IOP.
