목적 : To compare clinical outcomes between scleral fixation and retro-pupillary iris-claw lens implantation as treatments for dislocated Intra Ocular Lens or aphakia. 방법 : Ten eyes of 10 patients underwent scleral fixation (scleral fixation group) and 10 eyes of 10 patients underwent retro-pupillary iris claw fixation (iris fixation group) were enrolled in this retrospective study. Visual acuity and intra ocular pressure, slit lamp examination, fundus examination, refraction, keratometry and pentacam were measured before the surgery. Visual acuity, intra ocular pressure, slit lamp exam, refractory error, anterior chamber depth, intraocular lens (IOL) tilting and decentration were measured at 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, and 2 months after the surgery. 결과 : There were no significant differences in uncorrected visual acuity (UCVA), best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) and refractive error for patients with iris and scleral fixation before and after surgery. However, iris fixation group showed more rapid recovery in visual performance. The anterior chamber depth (ACD) and IOL tilting showed no significant difference between two groups. 결론 : The retro-pupillary iris-claw lens implantation is valid alternative strategy to scleral fixation for dislocated Intra Ocular Lens or aphakia.
