| Choroidal Structural Evaluation in Central Serous Chorioretinopathy with Flat Irregular Pigment Epithelial Detach |

목적 : To ascess choroidal structural change in central serous chorioretinopathy(CSC) by measuring choroidal vascularity index (CVI) in conjunction with clinical characteristic.
방법 : The medical records of 117 eyes of CSC patients were analyzed. Subject were devied into 4 groups by clinical characteriesitcs as follow; Acute CSC (n = 29), chronic CSC (n = 49), CSC with FIPED (n = 21), CSC with FIPED and CNV (n = 18).
결과 : CSC with CNV shows lower vascularity than other CSC groups(Acute CSC, Chronic CSC, CSC with FIPED) Choroidal thickness was no significant difference between groups.
결론 : The CVI can be used as a quantitative parameter for choroidal evaluation
