녹내장 환자에서 혈관빛간섭단층촬영검사시 평균안구관류압의 영향

목적 : To evaluate the effect of systemic blood pressure and mean ocular perfusion pressure on optical coherence tomography angiography in patients with open-angle glaucoma. 방법 : This was a retrospective study that included 54 eyes of 35 healthy subjects and 120 eyes of 70 patients who were examined by optical coherence tomography angiography. Systemic blood pressure and basic ocular examination were measured in all subjects within 4 hours of the same day. Mean ocular perfusion pressure was estimated using intraocular pressure and systemic blood pressure. Macular superficial vessel density and perfusion density were derived from optical coherence tomography angiography and effect of mean ocular perfusion pressure was analysed. 결과 : Age and gender did not differ between normal and glaucoma subjects. mean ocular perfusion pressure and systemic blood pressure were not related with optical coherence tomography angiography's parameters in normal controls. Mean ocular perfusion pressure and systolic blood pressure had significant effect on optical coherence tomography angiography's parameters in glaucoma patients. 결론 : Mean ocular perfusion pressure may have an effect on optical coherence tomography angiography's parameters in glaucoma patients. In normal subjects, mean ocular perfusion pressure did not seem to be related with mean ocular perfusion pressure. Careful interpretation should be needed in analysis of optical coherence tomography angiography in glaucoma patients.
