| 전안부 빛간섭단층촬영을 이용한 한국인에서의 섬유주 길이 분석 |

목적 : There were previous studies that measured the trabecular meshwork(TM) size by Anterior Segment Optical Coherence Tomography (AS-OCT). But the results were quite different by the study region and ethnicity. Also a previous study focused on the different TM size that it may be a risk factor for glaucoma. As so, knowing the proper TM size in Koreans may be an important factor to predict the risk of glaucoma.
방법 : Of the Korean patients who underwent AS-OCT, 100 patients (200 eyes) were randomly enrolled. We measured the distance from the scleral spur to schwalbe’s line and compared it with previous studies.
결과 : The mean TM size was 0.792 ± 0.108 mm which was relatively different with previous studies. Also the difference of TM size between the open and closed angle patients was different from previous Asian population study.
결론 : The TM size of Koreans was different from previous Asian studies. This may indicate that Asian population should be needed to be distinguished more specifically by region or nation when anterior segment structures are compared.
