단일 지지 봉합사를 이용한 경사진 공막고정 인공수정체의 교정

목적 : To correct the problem of intraocular lens (IOL) tilt after ciliary sulcus fixation, we developed a simple technique that uses a single supporting 10-0 polypropylene suture. 방법 : Near the one previous scleral fixated suture, a long straight needle with double-armed 10-0 polypropylene is passed behind the iris and peripheral optic portion (tilted backward) of the IOL and out near the other scleral fixated suture. The polypropylene suture is gently pulled until IOL is repositioned properly and tied on sclera. 결과 : Six eyes of 6 patiets underwent a single supporting suture for tilted scleral fixated IOL. No intra- or postoperative complications were noted, and reposition of IOL was successful in all cases. 결론 : A single supporting suture technique provided good centration and stability of IOL. This fast and effective way to reposition of tilted IOL is also minimally invasive as it maintains a closed system.
