목적 : To evaluate the long term effects of changes in astigmatic correction and in spherical equivalent, after combined femtosecond laser assisted phacoemulsification (FLACS) and intrastromal arcuate keratotomy (ISAK).
방법 : We retrospectively reviewed the chart of patients who underwent combined FLACS and ISAK. FLACS and ISAK were performed using the Catalys Precision system (Abbott Medical Optics Inc., Santa Ana CA, USA). The programmed intrastromal incision parameters were 20% uncut anterior, 20% uncut posterior and 90° side cut angle at an 8mm optical zone. Corneal astigmatism and auto-refraction measurements obtained preoperatively and at 1 month, 6 months, 1 year and 2 years postoperatively were analyzed.
결과 : The mean preoperative corneal astigmatism was 0.92±0.41 D. This was reduced to 0.62±0.49D at 1 month, 0.69±0.43D at 6 months, 0.63±0.40D at 1 year and 0.49±0.27D at 2 years (p=0.02, p=0.04, p=0.02, p<0.01) postoperatively. The mean target induced astigmatism was 1.34±1.02D. The mean surgically induced astigmatism were 1.28±1.05D at 1 month, 1.22±1.06D at 6 months, 1.17±0.9 D at 1 year, 1.15±1.05D at 2 years postoperatively. High correlations were noted between TIA and SIA at 1 month (r=0.91, p<0.01), 6 months (r=0.87, p<0.01), 1 year (r=0.79, p<0.01), 2 years (r=0.793, p<0.01).
결론 : We found that the corrective effect of astigmatism was maintained for 2 years, by using combined FLACS and ISAK.
