| 본문 : We report an experience of tumor resection via transvitreal approach in case of vasoproliferative tumor in retina (VPTR) which was confirmed by the histologic examination. The 31 year old female patient was referred by retinal mass with vitreous hemorrhage and complained insidious decrease of visual acuity in her right eye (20/50). We performed the standard vitrectomy and tumor resetion via a internal approach which resembled the capillary hemangioma of von Hippel Lindau disease. After resection of the tumor, patient showed the stable state wih no residual fluid, and the mass. The visual acuity improved to 20/30. The histologic results were relevant to the VPTR. The tumor resection via a internal approach could be an another method in selected case of the VPTR although further studies with larger number of cases are required. |
