목적 : To investigate the pattern of remaining structure and visual field in far-advanced glaucoma
방법 : Forty-one patients with far-advanced glaucoma with mean deviation less than -20 dB were included in the study. Forty-six normal patients and 28 patients with advanced glaucoma with mean deviation between -12 dB and -20 dB were also included for comparison. The visual field indices, average mean deviation of each quadrant in visual field test, and ganglion cell-inner plexiform layer (GCIPL) thicknesses were analyzed.
결과 : In far-advanced glaucoma patients, the remaining mean sensitivity was 3.41 ± 4.74 dB, 1.28 ± 2.87 dB, 2.17 ± 4.15, and 1.01± 2.70 dB for inferotemporal, inferonasal, superotemporal, and superonasal quadrants, respectively. GCIPL thickness was 61.70 ± 11.26 μm, 64.85 ± 13.63 μm, 59.14 ± 11.37 μm, 57.29 ± 11.36 μm, 53.87± 7.01 μm, and 57.48 ± 10.11 μm for superior, superonasal, inferonasal, inferior, inferotemporal, and superotemporal sectors, respectively.
결론 : The pattern of remaining visual field was mainly the inferotemporal area and remaining structure was mainly in the superior and superonasal sectors on GCIPL map.
