목적 : To evaluate the risk factors associated with frequently recurrent optic disc hemorrhage (ODH) in primary open angle glaucoma (POAG) patients
방법 : 178 POAG eyes (89 eyes with frequently recurrent ODH and 89 control eyes) were included. Associations between frequently recurrent ODH and the eye-related variables and the systemic-related variables were investigated by the multivariate logistic regression analysis.
결과 : Lower percentage reduction of IOP (odds ratio, 0.959; 95% confidence interval, 0.926– 0.994; P = 0.020) among the eye-related variables and sleep position (odds ratio, 1.999; 95% confidence interval, 1.051– 3.801; P = 0.035) among the systemic-related variables were the associated risk factors in multivariate logistic regression analysis. When we analyzed all of the eye-related variables and the systemic-related variables, sleeping position was associated with ODH in multivariate logistic regression analysis.
결론 : Frequently recurrent ODH was associated with lower percentage reduction of IOP in POAG patients.
