MultiColor 안저사진과 천연색 안저사진과에서의 망막전막 넓이 비교

목적 : To investigate the areas of epiretinal membrane (ERM) using MuliColor fundus imaging and compare them to those measured on color fundus photograph. 방법 : Patients who underwent vitrectomy due to ERM from October 2014 to July 2016 were included. MultiColor fundus imaging with Spectralis (Heidelberg Engineering, Heidelberg, Germany) and color fundus imaging with AFC-210 (NIDEK, Aichi, Japan) were taken on the same day, preoperatively. The eyes with macular comorbidity interfering with ERM measurement were excluded. Two readers independently measured the areas of ERM and the built-in measurement software programs (Heidelberg Eye Explorer, NAVIS-Lite Process Manager) were used to calculate the area of each encircled region. 결과 : A total of 201 eyes with ERM were included. 54 eyes in the MultiColor fundus imaging and 90 eyes in the color fundus imaging were unable to be measured because of hazy epiretinal borders. 107 eyes were demarcated in two fundus images. Area of ERM evaluated by MultiColor fundus imaging was measured significantly wider than color fundus imaging (15.49 ± 9.81 mm2 vs. 11.57 ± 6.83 mm2, p < 0.05). 결론 : MultiColor fundus imaging might provide more sensitive images for the detection of ERM than color fundus images. The area of ERM membrane is more clearly and widely demarcated in the MutiColor fundus image.
