목적 : To evaluate the safety, efficacy and clinical outcomes of wavefront-guided laser epithelial keratomileusis and laser assisted in situ keratomileusis using iDesign aberrometer system(Abbott Medical Optics Inc, USA)
방법 : ;This retrospective study included 100 eyes of 50 patients treated with wavefront-guided photorefractive surgery using iDesign aberrometer system between May 2015 and April 2016 at Daegu Yonsei Eye Clinic. We recorded UCVA,BCVA,MSE,HOA and patient's satisfaction grade preoperatively. Postoperative follow up was done at 1week and 1,3 months.
결과 : Of all eyes were within 1.00D and 95% were within 0.5D of the intended correction at 3 months. At 3 months postoperatively,95% eyes achieved UCVA better than or equal to 20/20.
결론 : The data support the safety and efficcy of correcting high astigmatism after wavefront-guided photorefractive surgery using iDesign aberrometer system in short period.Long term follow up and further evaluation are needed.
