| 본문 : Isoniazid (INH) is rarely reported as a cause of optic neuropathy. In previous reports, the onset of visual symptoms generally occurred from a few days to months from the start of anti-tuberculosis therapy . On the other hand, there have been no report of late onset optic neuropathy due to INH in Korea. We encountered a patient with colon tuberculosis who developed optic neuropathy due to INH 8 months after starting anti-tuberculosis therapy. The patient showed resolution following the withdrawal of INH and administration of pyridoxine and steroid. |
