| 6번신경마비로 나타난 Ecchordosis physaliphora |

| 본문 : We report a case of sudden-onset abducens nerve palsy in a 15 years-old boy with ecchordosis physaliphora. Ecchordosis physaliphora is a benign retroclival remnant that is usually asymptomatic. Most of the reported symptomatic cases were treated with resection via craniotomy or endoscopic resection. In our case, the patient recovered fully after short course of oral corticosteroids, but had recurred after 6 months later. |
