목적 : To compare wide-field, green-light fundus autofluorescence (green-AF) and blue-light fundus autofluorescence (blue-AF) incentral serous chorioretinopathy (CSC) and assess correlation of AF findings with SD-OCT and with the visual acuities. 방법 : SD-OCT and fundus autofluorescence images using blue-AF and green-AFwere acquired and compared in 103eyes of 103patients with CSC. AF image findings of the serous retinal detachment (SRD)region, atrophic area, foveolawere evaluated. Compared to the opposite eye, decreased, similar, increased AF intensity was classified as grade 1,2,3, respectively. Intensely increased AF, which exceeded the maximal AF intensity in normal retina was graded as grade 4. Association of these AF findings withouter retinal abnormalities on SD-OCT and visual function was also investigated. 결과 : In eyes with SRD, green-AF better identified margin of detached areathan blue-AF (p=0.001) and showed different AF grade from blue-AF (p<0.001).In eyes without SRD, green-AF was better in monitoringmild outer retinal damages than blue-AF (p=0.041). Foveolar AF grade on both imageswas well correlated with visual acuity (VA) andouter nuclear layer (ONL) thickness. In eyes with SRD,foveola blue-AF grade was more well correlated with these variables thangreen-AF(VA p=0.011, ONL thickness p=0.010).On the contrary, in eyes without SRD, foveolargreen-AF grade was more well correlated with them. 결론 : In eyes with SRD, green-AFhas advantages in monitoring the subretinalstatus, while blue-AFbetter reflect the foveolar outer retinal damages. In areas without SRD, green-AF more accurately reflectmild outer retinal changes, particularly infoveola area.
