목적 : To investigate the relationship of spontaneous venous pulsation (SVP) with disc hemorrhage (DH) in open angle glaucoma (OAG).
방법 : SVP was assessed and compared using a confocal scanning laser ophthalmoloscope (Spectralis HRA, Heidelberg Engineering, Heidelberg, Germany) movie tool in 56 eyes of 56 patients with DH, and 118 eyes of 118 patients in without DH. Logistic regression analysis was used to determine the factors associated with the occurrence of DH.
결과 : The frequency of SVP was 60.3% in overall patients with OAG. The absence of SVP was not significantly associated with DH by logistic analysis (OR, 0.698; P = 0.288). Better visual field mean deviation (OR, 1.100; P =0.024), lower untreated intraocular pressure (OR, 1.133 P = 0.013), and the tendency to cold hands (OR, 2.796; P = 0.022) were associated with DH.
결론 : In consecutive patients with OAG, neither the presence nor absence of SVP was associated with DH.
