목적 : To determine the fluorescein angiography (FAG) findings as predictors of early recurrence of macular edema secondary to branch retinal vein occlusion (BRVO) after intravitreal bevacizumab (IVB) injection 방법 : This retrospective study included 38 patients (38 eyes) who underwent IVB injection for macular edema secondary to BRVO in our department from October 2009 to September 2013. Before IVB injection, all patients were evaluated their macula by FAG. Least follow-up period was 6 months, with measurements of visual acuity, intraocular pressure and evaluation of macular findings by fundus photography and optical coherence tomography (OCT) during this period. 결과 : Extent of retinal hemorrhage (OR = 1.16, CI = 1.03-1.30, p = 0.014) and severe juxtafoveal leakage covered retinal vessels (OR = 95.91, CI = 2.86-3211.72, p = 0.040) were significantly risks for recurrence of macular edema secondary to BRVO after IVB injection. The extent of foveal capillary destruction, theextent of juxtafoveal lesion, and FAG pattern were not statistically significant predictors. 결론 : The extent of retinal hemorrhage and severe juxtafoveal leakage covered retinal vessels may be useful predictors of early recurrence of macular edema secondary to BRVO after IVB injection within 6 months.
