3차원 바이오프린팅시스템을 이용한 각막대체물의 개발

목적 : In this study, our goal was to adopt a regenerative bioengineering approach to the design of a primary alternative to the use of allogeneic tissue for corneal replacement using 3-dimensional organ printing system 방법 : This project has been planned and performed following steps. 1) Isolation and establishment of the culture method for optimized cell 2) Optimization of biomaterial for corneal biopirinting 3) Biofabrication with bioprinting system 4) In vivo experiment of the corneal substitute 결과 : Using two biomaterials; fibrinogen mixture and Hyaluronan based gel, we made the prototype of bioprinted 3-D corneal substitute. It showed appropriate transparency with mechanical strength.In vivo experiments, the bioprinted corneal lenticule showed excellent biocompatibility. 결론 : 3-D corneal substitute using bioprinting system showed the promising result for the 3-D bioprinted corneal substitute. However, we found that the further optimization should be needed to apply in clinical condition.
