고도근시 환자에서 황반부 망막 곡률과 기타 안구 생체 계측치와의 관련성

목적 : To evaluate the relationships between retinal curvature and axial length, corneal curvature, anterior chamber depth 방법 : We collected 114 consecutive patients with high myopia (axial length ≥ 26mm) Axial length and anterior chamber depth were measured using IOL master. Corneal curvature was measured using keratometry. High definition macula OCT scan were performed and RPE layer of OCT was fitted to two kinds of function, hyperbolic and parabolic curve. We calculated curvatures from horizontal and vertical sectional images using fitting curves. In order to find out the representative curvature, we compared the multiple values of curvatures with other parameters. 결과 : The larger value of hyperbolic curvature (hyperbolic ‘L’ curvature) had the largest Pearson’s correlation coefficient with axial length. (r=0.419, p-value < 0.001) and the other curvatures also had significant correlation with axial length. However corneal curvature had no correlation with axial length and all the values of the curvatures. Anterior chamber depth had significant correlation with axial length and corneal curvature, but had no correlation with all curvatures. 결론 : We found out that eyes with longer axis had a tendency to have larger retinal curvatures for the first time using OCT scan analysis. However retinal curvature was not related to the corneal curvature and anterior chamber depth.
