목적 : To investigate the relationship between microperimetry (MP) and the retinal structural change in patients with resolved central serous chorioretinopathy (CSC). 방법 : Spectral-domain optical coherence tomography examination and MP test were performed in patients with resolved CSC. MP maps were superimposed onto retinal topography maps, and point-to-point analysis of correlation was performed between MP and the corresponding retinal structural change. In addition, in the fovea center 1mm zone, the point-to-point correlation was compared with the correlation between mean MP and mean central retinal thickness (CRT). 결과 : 84 eyes of 77 patients were analyzed. The total of number of test points for MP was 1092 (84 eyes * 13 points). The mean MP and retinal point thickness (RPT) of all test points were 13.5±3.8 dB and 208.6±48.0 ㎛. The mean MP and CRT of 1mm zone were 13.0±3.8 dB and 177.9±33.3 ㎛. The MP and RPT were significantly decreased in the test points with loss of the ellipsoid portion of the inner segments (EPIS) than with intact EPIS (p<0.0001). Within 1mm zone, there was a significant correlation between mean MP and CRT and between MP and corresponding RPT (r=0.432, p<0.0001, r=0.339, p<0.0001). 결론 : MP was dependent on the status of EPIS in patient with resolved CSC. The correlation between mean MP and mean CRT was compatible with the point-to-point correlation between MP and corresponding RPT.
