레이저 봉합사 용해술의 섬유주절제술 개구부에 대한 영향: 전향적 삼차원 전안부 빛간섭단층촬영 연구

목적 : To investigate the effects of laser suture lysis (LSL) on filtration openings after trabeculectomy. 방법 : This prospective study analyzed the changes in the location and width of filtration openings before and after LSL using three-dimensional anterior segment optical coherence tomography (3D AS-OCT) and the CASIA bleb-assessment software. Bleb morphology was also inspected, including total bleb height, fluid cavity height, bleb wall thickness, and bleb wall intensity. At least three different reviewers surveyed the 3D images. Nine patients had clear scleral flap images for analysis. As four patients underwent LSL twice, 13 comparisons were made. 결과 : After LSL the intraocular pressure decreased significantly (P = 0.0269) from 20.8 ± 4.6 to 15.5 ± 6.6 mmHg. Before and after LSL, the center and width of the filtration opening were 1.2 ± 0.6 and 1.5 ± 0.6 mm (P = 0.0547) and 1.6 ± 1.5 and 1.6 ± 1.4 mm (P = 0.4922), respectively. After LSL, the fluid cavity height increased significantly (P = 0.0470) from 0.2 ± 0.2 to 0.3 ± 0.3 mm, while the total bleb height did not increase significantly (0.7 ± 0.3 vs. 0.8 ± 0.4 mm; P = 0.1272). Bleb wall thickness and intensity did not differ significantly after LSL (P = 1.0000 and 0.4548). 결론 : LSL increased fluid cavity height, but it did not change the location and width of the filtration openings.
