고해상도 3D 입체영상 모니터를 통한 초음파 유화술

목적 : To present and validate a high-definition three-dimensional visualization system for ophthalmic microscopes that is aimed at microsurgery without the eyepieces. To evaluation compared with the conventional method through the clinical ophthalmology trials in cataract surgery 방법 : In our design, two types of stereoscopic monitors for operating surgeon and assistant are used to display the video from the ophthalmic microscope. The evaluation of the developed system was done through the left and right eyes of 20 patients for cataract surgery. The cataract surgery in the right eye depends on the ocular of microscope; on the other hand the left eye depends on the developed 3D display system. Operation time and the comments of surgeons and nurses were evaluated for a 3D visualization system and conventional microscope. 결과 : The average operation time with a conventional imaging system was 9.55 minutes, while using a 3D imaging system was 10.2 minutes. There was no statistically significant difference, but the slightly longer operation time with a 3D system might be based on monitoring location adjust time by the assistant, comparing to ocular adjustment by a surgeon. The similarities between the conventional and suggested 3D imaging systems meant that the new system was easy to use. 결론 : High-definition 3D visualization system is effective and safe alternative method for cataract surgery. Improving theaccuracy and surgeon’s adaptation to this new system is to be a step forward the remote robot surgery for ophthalmic field.
