목적 : To evaluate the short-term fluctuation of intraocular pressure (IOP) after Aqua Implantable Contact Lens (Aqua ICL) implantation
방법 : We analyzed 9 eyes of 5 patients who underwent Aqua ICL implantation which does not need pre-operative laser iridotomy. We measured the IOP pre-operative, four hours, one day and two days after surgery.
결과 : Mean pre-operative IOP was 14.8 mmHg and mean post-operative IOP was 20.1 mmHg, 12.4 mmHg and 12.8 mmHg at four hours, one day and two days after surgery, respectively.
Just 1 eye underwent anterior paracentesis at four hours after surgery because of high IOP ( 45 mmHg ) and the patient maintained stable IOP during next follow up.
결론 : Aqua ICL showed acceptable post-operative IOP fluctuation without pre-operative laser iridotomy
