목적 : To describe the clinical features of patient who showed bilateral choroidal folds and central serous chorioretinopathy (CSC) simultaneously.
방법 : A 50-year-old female who was referred to our clinic underwent fluorescein angiography (FAG), indocyanine green angiography (ICGA) and optical coherence tomography (OCT).
결과 : Initially, she presented bilateral choroidal folds and decreased vision with macular serous elevated lesion on her left eye (10/20, +1.25sph). FAG and ICGA showed monofocal leakage at perifoveal lesion in early phase and OCT revealed presence of subretinal fluid collection and choroidal folds. Intravitreal bevacizumab injection was performed and subretinal fluid disappeared during follow up.
결론 : Choroidal folds are believed to be associated with various ocular conditions. Also, CSC could be associated with the presence of choroidal folds
