목적 : To evaluate the relationship between ocular factors and lamina cribrosa thickness (LCT) in ophthalmologically healthy people.방법 : Total 45 eyes of 45 ophthalmologically healthy subjects were enrolled. Spectral domain-optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT, Heidelberg Engineering, Heidelberg, Germany) scans were obtained to estimate LCT in healthy subjects. LCT between young group (<40 years) and older group (≥ 40 years) were compared. The association of LCT and independent parameters including age, sex, refractive error, axial length, central corneal thickness and optic disc size were assessed with mixed model univariate and multivariate analysis.결과 : There was no significant difference in basic parameters in two groups and LCT was not statistically different in two groups (303.36 ± 35.66, 301.10 ± 41.63, respectively, p>0.05). Multivariate analysis showed no association between above mentioned ocular parameters and LCT (all p>0.05).결론 : In healthy subjects, there was no significant difference in lamina cribrosa thickness depending on age, when measured with SD-OCT. Ocular paramentes including refractive error, axial length, central corneal thickness and optic disc size showed also no significant association with lamina cribrosa thickness.
