목적 : We compared changes of ocular factors according to the age and image depth after watching 3D contents. 방법 : Thirty eight subjects were enrolled (the 20s; 10 subjects, the 30s; 10 subjects, the 40s; 10 subjects, the 50s; 8 subjects) and watched two 3D content with 1° and 3° binouclar disparity for 30 min. Each subjects's near point of accommodation, near point of convergence, tear break-up time, tear osmolarity, and tear meniscus height and depth were measured before and after watching 3D content with 1° and 3° disparity, respectively. Blinking rate was measured during viewing 3D content. The time that the changed ocular factors would recover to the pre level was measured.결과 : NPA and NPC were more increased in the 40-50s group than 20-30s group after subjects watch 3D video with 3° disparity (p=0.042, p=0.007, respectively). BUT, lower tear meniscus height and depth were more decreased in the 40-50s group than 20-30s group after subjects watch 3D. When watching 3D video with both 1° and 3° disparity, blink rate increased over time. The recovery time of BUT, NPA, and NPC were increased more after watching 3D display with 3° disparity than 1° disparity. When watching 3D content with 3° disparity, the recovery time of NPA and NPC were longer in the 40-50s group결론 : Ocular factors were changed more and were recovered later in subjects in their 40s or 50s and when watching 3D with large disparity. These results would be helpful to make 3D contents more safe and comfortable.
