목적 : We report 2 patients that the anterior subcapsular vacuoles were generated in the crystalline lens during implantation of implantable collamer lens(ICL).
방법 : Two myopic patients visited our clinic for refractive surgery. They preferred to correct myopic error by ICL implantation. During viscoelatics removal at the end of surgery, vacuolar change was developed in the anterior subcapsular space of the crystalline lens.
결과 : In our cases, the bleb-likes lesions gradually improved but were not fully recovered during the follow up period.
결론 : This phenomenon is reversible, so ICL induced cataract was appeared at immediate after surgery, easily decision of phacoemulsification must be sublated.
