목적 : The purpose of this study was to assess the results of bleb needling with bevacizumab in late failed filtration blebs following trabeculectomy.
방법 : A prospective case series of 12 eyes of 12 patients was considered. All patients underwent needle bleb revision with vebacizumab (1.87mg/0.15mL) performed at the slit lamp, during an office visit. Complete success was defined as postneedling intraocular pressure (IOP) ≤ 21 mmHg. Clinical processes were observed for 4 weeks.
결과 : There were 4 eyes with encapsulated blebs and 8 eyes with flat blebs. The mean interval between index filtering surgery and bleb revision was 12.54 ± 6.16 months. Mean IOP was 24.66 ± 5.59 mmHg before surgery and 18.75 ± 4.47 mmHg after 4 weeks postoperative follow-up. Complete and qualified successes were 7.4% and 51.9%, respectively. success rates at 1 and 4 weeks were 67% and 58%, respectively. The mean number of antiglaucoma medications was reduced from 2.08 ± 0.66 preoperatively to 1.58 ± 0.51 postoperatively. A one eye of 5 failed bleb at 4 weeks after needling had undergone trabeculectomy and, two eyes repeat needling with 5-FU.
결론 : Slit-lamp needle revision in office is a simple and partially effective method for treating late encapsulated or flat filtering blebs without significant complications even for late bleb failure.
